How can I book these services?

You can book directly through our official website or by contacting us via email or phone. After booking and payment, you’ll receive a voucher with all tour details and your local contact.

Can I book over the phone or via email?

Yes. While online booking is recommended, we also offer full support via phone, WhatsApp, or email to guide you through the process.

Can I book when I arrive?

Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability, but we strongly recommend pre-booking to guarantee your spot — especially during high season and cruise dates.

How far in advance can I book?

Most services are available for booking up to a year in advance. If your desired date is not listed, please contact us for availability.

💳 Payments & Cancellations

What are the payment terms?

Full payment is due 30 days before your tour date. If you book within 15 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation terms vary by notice period:

• 31+ days before: Full refund (minus non-refundable tickets or bank charges)

• 15–30 days: 65% refund

• 8–14 days: 50% refund

• 7 days or less: No refund

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Refunds depend on the timing and policy for your specific tour. Contact our team with your booking reference to initiate a cancellation or refund request.

✏️ Changes & Amendments

Can I change names or correct details on my booking?

Yes. Minor corrections (such as spelling errors or title changes) do not require new vouchers. For passenger changes, please contact us with your booking number.

Can I change the date of my tour?

Date changes are subject to availability and provider approval. Please send your request as early as possible with your booking number.

🛡️ Travel Insurance

Is travel insurance required?

Yes. Turkish law requires that all travelers have valid travel insurance covering accidents, medical emergencies, and cancellations. Proof may be requested on the first day of your tour.

🏨 Pickups, Meeting Points & Timing

What hotels do you pick up from?

Pickup details are listed on each tour page and confirmed in your voucher. If you're staying at a private residence, please list the nearest major hotel.

What time does my tour start?

Departure time and meeting point information are included in your confirmation voucher. Please reconfirm 24 hours in advance where required.

Can I get dropped off somewhere else after the tour?

In most cases, yes — if it’s within the city center or on the route. Please confirm with your guide on the day.

🌦️ Weather, Delays & Emergencies

What if the tour is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen events?

We will notify you as soon as possible. You’ll be offered an alternative date or refund if applicable.

What happens if I’m delayed?

Contact the local operator immediately using the phone number listed on your voucher. Late arrivals may miss the tour and may not be eligible for refunds.

Can I book for a group larger than 8 people?

Yes. Please contact us for custom quotes and itineraries for groups larger than 8. Special discounts or private group options may be available.

Absolutely! We specialize in private and custom-designed tours. Contact us with your interests, and we’ll create a personalized itinerary within 24 hours.

🎫 Vouchers & Documentation

What do I do with the voucher?

Print or save your voucher and present it with a valid photo ID at the start of your tour. It is your proof of booking.

I can’t access my voucher. What should I do?

Try opening the link in a different browser or forward it to another email address. If the issue persists, contact our team and we’ll resend it.

Is photo ID required?

Yes. The lead traveler must present valid photo ID (passport or driver's license). Children are generally exempt.
